In STG letters are released twice a year

Bro promotion happened in all 4 quarters…. And people get notified in 2 month later from end of quarter …. Like in January quarter people will get notified end of may…. And Oct people will get notified end of Feb… etc… in July case it should be end of Nov… mostly in the case of STG….but this is not happened to all the units …some unit get notified early
