Hi all, can anyone explain to me, how and in what range the CTC will be applied to these above roles if they get promoted from L1 role.

When we move from L1 to L2 we can expect 50%-60% hike.. commendable 50% outstanding 60% When we move from L2 to L3 it is around 30-40%
