I've given 3 years to this organization and I'm eargerly looking for a promotion after year end review. But I'm not sure if thats is confirmed. I'm resigning if I'm not getting promoted.
Does anyone have idea about the increment with L2. I can wait a month or two if I'm getting promoted and the increment with it is good. Else I'm planning to leave ASAP.
If you're not getting promoted, leave. Increment with L2 is usually around 7.5-15%. If you want a significant raise, switching jobs might be your best bet.
I am gonna leave even if I'm getting promoted. Thinking to stay for couple of months just to get the salary raise for better negotiations later.
I don't guess that it's 7-15% because many people say it's around 40-60%. So this should be it. Just Correct me If I'm wrong.
You CTC will be min(16LPA , 1.4 or 1.5 or 1.6 time current salary depending on rating)OS,CD,ME.
