What should i do to get promoted to specialist programmer L2 faster?
Joined in Aug 2021.
Please suggest tips to get promoted. In the last icount mentor selected L2 in form but still didn't get promoted.

I think this bro liked to do HARD work for 70 hours a week.Then directly ask narayana murthy for promotion.Its been 3 years for him working in infosys and still no promotion and you are telling to work hard ...
