I have current DQ score in top 8%.. So I will not be eligible for that ?
I think you'll be eligible. Platinum Club membership stays for 1 year and I think the evaluation is done quarterly so that new folks could also join.
I would suggest raising this question with your unit HR. They might be able to share presentations/documents related to all this.
STG is Strategic Technological Group I think. This is programming heavy roles. The entry into it is pretty difficult/easy based on your coding skills esp in DSA.
ACON is different stream. Consulting roles.
Either of bridges will get you into 8-10L CTC. Stay for couple of years and switch for brighter future.
