Trending @Infosys; SP Rejection but DSE Consideration? Need Clarity on Process

Hey everyone, I had a question regarding the SP and DSE selection process. I recently gave my SP interview, and honestly, it didn’t go well, and I wasn’t selected. However, I’ve noticed that some people who weren’t selected for SP were later considered for DSE roles.

Today, I came across a case where a girl who applied for SP got her result and was told she was selected for DSE instead.

I’m a bit confused about how this process works. Does this mean there’s still a chance for us (who gave SP but weren’t selected) to be considered for DSE as well? If anyone has clarity on this, please share. I would really appreciate it!

Yes SP role interview selected will consider for DSE depend on the interview. If interview gone very well then definitely will select for SP role if not gone that well then DSE role. In some cases if you unable to say single word in the interview then you might loosing both roles because it's consider that candidate does gave assignment with some unfair means.

Yes, if you haven’t received a rejection email yet, there’s still a chance of getting the DSE role...even if the interview didn’t go well.
