Trending @Infosys; Solution Required

II am currently on the bench and requesting an early release, but HR informed me that it's not possible and there is no buyout option available. Is there any alternative solution for an early release?

Hr is crazy then. If you are in bench and part of a unit ask the unit manager and DM. It a loss for company keeping you as they can’t anyways get you a project for 2-3 months . HR juts needs an approval from your DM

They released me in 1 week as I was on bench. I mailed DM and she was ok. So HR changed my LWD in system from behind and I moved out from infy in 1 week.
