Trending @Infosys; Skilltag Incentive Clarification

I have premium skill tag, JL5 role for which i have got 22.5K. My friend who is of same role and has premium skill tag only but he has got 35K. How this varies?

Incentives vary due to opaque policies and managerial discretion. Your friend likely had better timing or project alignment. It's frustrating, but that's the reality here.

@NiceMovie7 is this amount you mentioned is the one time sum given once in a year or the same amount given quarterly/halfyearly??

also this difference might be due to niche and premium tag. Platinum club members might get more those who are in top percentile DQ at their band level.

I have got the skilltag as i have completed all pre requisites and its visible in Learning portal but not on teams. once I am mapped to a digital project, maybe then it will reflect. Will i receive the incentive post that?

Wrong box for asking my query but can you please let me know how is DQ increased and how do I get this skill tag and get the incentive as well. I’m a JL4.
