How to get a skill tag?
I'm at Level 4, Technology Analyst Want to know the process of getting skill tag in Al or Automation. Its been long I've aspired my self in Infyme and completed tons of certification as well related to above mentioned. My DQ score is 90pts.
But still in my profile skill tag shows empty.
Checked with pm he says he does not have any idea on this.

At first you need to click on "Aspire"(Then the Aspire check box will be marked as green automatically).

Then you have to complete all the required certifications and courses(When the system will check that you have completed all the required certifications then the "Learn" check box will be marked as green automatically).

After that your manager needs to align you in that project code based on the skill tag. Suppose you're trying to do AI Professional skill tag then your manager needs to align you in that project code(When your manager will align you like this then the "Align" check box will be marked as green automatically).

Then you have to work on that project and project code for a minimum of 90 days, then the "Experience" check box will be marked as green automatically.
** When all the check boxes will be marked as green then your unit anchor needs to approve, after that you will get the skill tag confirmation mail and after 1-2 weeks it will be visible to your profile.

Hey @OverlookedExcuse , which unit are you in? Wanted to know for your skill tag, was your current project already aligned with the tag ? Or did you have to switch your project?
How did that conversation go with your manager, was he ready to release you ?
