I'm jl4 from oct 2024 ,also have done skill tags certification in l and c , it's showing data professional in L and C But not reflected in teams as a skill tag beside my name Any thoughts for this?

It should be marked under your project code with the skill tag completed skills and should have 6 months experience on the same

I joined infy in 2024 nov, currently completing a skill tag, if I am able to get it in April, should I be eligible for incentive? I selected a skill tag aligned to my project and joined the project from January.

Does it make any difference in the pay scale of you have a skill tag? Cuz I have one but haven't seen any difference yet

Yeah seems we get skill tag incentive for jl4 every quarter, only for niche and premium ones
Even I am figuring it out

Jl4 and above ppl gets skill tag incentive every qtrs.... Provided the skill is of premium or niche category
