I got skill tag incentive for the first time.And I am Going to get released from the project in 45days and moving to an another project in different unit.Will I still get the skill tag incentive which I got in present unit.

You'll likely get the incentive, but don't bet your lunch money on it. Accenture's policies are a maze. Check with HR, but be prepared for a runaround.
