Hi , i have recently joined infosys . What is skill tag incentive and what can be expected amount for JL4 ? Do we really get it ????
Yes skill tag incentive is delayed and may be we will get in next month salary.
Basically you have to clear some examinations by going through the training’s under skill tag. Ex we have cloud, agile, DevOps, AI etc . You can check with your manager or you can do according to your interest.
After doing the certification you have to be aligned to the same skill tag technology related project for more than 3 months and then you are eligible for skill tag incentive
I think for JL4 may be around 25k not sure.
But for Jl5 it is around 35k
My skill tag aligns with my old unit , now I moved to New which is not aligned will I get the incentive
