Eligible employees will receive the incentive but they will filter it by the rating which we get on December.

Rating will effect only for premium skill tag righ, then how can reduce lot of people there.. they may put other new filters to reduce count.. mostly they will remove premium also from incentive

Once ratings will release then they put new criteria then exclude most of the folks..there main agedna to reduce the count
