Amount varies from 5k, 9k,23k, 32k,34k ,50k … There is no fixed rule how much you will get .. After various factors into consideration, incentives are awarded 😌

Depends on the unit, project and skill tag category(premium , niche) etc..but it depends on 5k to 90k approx quarterly...
