What is the process after completing niche category skill tag ... Si directly completed the certification under the niche skill tag Is there any eligibility other than that to get skill tag incentive. I completed it on 4th june when can I expect incentive?
Criteria I know till now:
JL > 4
Skill Tag should be Premium
Last two ratings should be at least Commendable
Skill tag should be aligned with the Project (Ask manager)
Can't be SP
(I have had a Premium skill tag for over a year, with all other criterias fulfilled, so I raised IHD and they told me that my role/stream is not eligible)

Only JL4 and above are eligible and you will see skill tag along side your designation in teams.
Also there is certain time you need to spend in a Digital Project.
What do you mean by digital project
Also I heard last 2 rating should be good for getting incentive is it true ?
