Hi seniors, Please suggest how we can get digital project codes to get the skill tag. I'm eligible for a skill tag but only for the last step of digital project mapping is missing. I checked with the manager but he had no idea how to assign a digital project for me. Kindly guide or suggest the correct approach.
For me project codes also not showing in the career card so raised IHD but as we know they're closed it without proper solution
Yes maybe they don't want to give us the Skill tag incentive
I think this has to be done from oms portal, ask your manager to check the oms portal or get the name of the person who manages your project code in the oms and check with that person
Same issue with many.No manager wants you to get a skill tag which is not aligned in the same project otherwise they will lose their resources in different projects.
