Not mass layoff but if members present in Project are not at all performing well and if people are on bench not taking up trainings or not working on any assignments given to them definitely, they are getting affected.

This happened to one of my team members simple they gave him NA rating 2 options were given take 3 months' salary leave or training will be given later with some assignments if not performed will be terminated.
