Trending @Infosys; Sick of Infosys toxic culture

I have been working in infosys since 1.9 years, my project is a world of toxicity, people are older than the buildings working like slaves with toxicity filled up in them and expect us to obey them, in this so called fast growing corporate world we do not have remote connectivity...5 days WFO and have to sit for long hours infront of those tiny machines, team puts more efforts on blame game than the actual work....feel like leaving but unable to get a job outside in the present market situation.
