Recently I received a show cause notice for not return to office as mandatory. How do u guys reply to this?
@TemptingCock hi, how did u respond to this, I'm getting mails stating u have not adhere to WFO policy. It's not show cause notice, but I feel I will soon get it.
Check with you DM or PM if your project has exception or not. Sometimes HR's are not aware of it and they send mails based on the report they get.
I am still working from. Home Nd if I am forced to be back to office. Infy can take take my notice period
Is it a generic mail or pointed to you only? I also received that I have not attended fro the month of May. Can you share more details like subject and little content?
I guess you have not followed your Unit mandate regarding wfo for quite a months now. Nonetheless if your WFH is getting approved than just keep your manager in loop and give some reason for not going to office medical or something like that.
I have issues everyday with my manager about this but I rather keep e-sep instead of wfh
I also wanted to know if we can wfh
