Currently working at JL6 level in @Infosys Consulting. Current YOE : 6.5 YOE and CCTC: 30 LPA (24 + 6)
Getting on site opportunity for UK
OFFERED CTC : 80k (55k fixed rest variable)
Will it make sense to move?

There is no variable at on-site is what I know. Not sure if infosys consulting is different. Doesn’t make much sense if you are 30LPA. A switch to GCC in India will give you in India you 30-40% hike. But if you want to be in consulting ladder then an onshore experience will definitely add value. So is all your 6.5 years in IC or you a lateral. 6.5 years JL6 seems a pretty fast growth !!!
