I am just frustrated with the fact that they are doing so much drama my promotion to l2 specialist programmer. Also now my manager says I'll reject your wfh requests. I don't have any offers but i am seriously considering putting my papers down. I am good with java and angular and along with that i have been practicing dsa a lot for the last couple of months. But I don't get interviews when i say I have a 90 day notice period. Even when i say it's negotiable.
Try by saying ur NP as 30 days to Recruiters just to test the water, if you are able to get interview call and crack it.Then you can decide to put ur papers.But resigning without offer is risky in IMO.Also don't ruin ur relation with Manager(I know it's difficult to tolerate the delay in promotion and hike) further as it can create additional pressure and affect your preparation.Just apply, crack interviews and quiet silently without letting others knowing about ur frustration especially ur manager.
Go for referrals and put your paper, even I didn't get any call unless my notice period got to less than 2 months
Yes ...put papers go ahead. You will get a lot of calls once you have a month left.
