Trending @Infosys; Should I claim Retention Hike or Should I Continue Notice Period

Recently, I had a chance to discuss with my manager and lead. They are willing to match the offer that I have got from another company but they are asking for long term commitment that I will not look outside for any other opportunities for 2-3 years.

Current CTC :5-6 LPA Getting : 8-9 LPA
