Trending @Infosys; Should I ask my manager to release me from project
Hi folks, I am a fressher and I am working in infosys. My manager added me in training code and I am working in a team it's been 3 months my code is going to expire, so there may be chance he may increase the allocation I am feeling literally hectic stress and depress seniors are also not helping I don't want to work in this project and also they are not providing me project code also So should I ask my manager to release?? Will he put me in PIP?? Please guys give your comments

Not easy to get release.
I am assuming if you are In a training code; you are in a big account. Normally they put you in training code , if some big project is about to come and you are in buffer. You should not worry .. corporate life is all about being better than your contemporaries . You can safely assume if you are not in the bottom quartile, you are safe .
