I’m working in a support project from last 1 year and i can guarantee it as this is a total crap project and the people working here at higher posts are a total scrumbags who are just verbally and mentally harassing the people who are working at ground level. Zero work culture zero appreciation zero pay for the work you’re doing. My lead/ ops manager / manager don’t consider people as human and only treats them as some puppets and squeeze every ounce of blood and work from us untill we die suffering so that they can get a replacement.

Instead of giving grandchildren some crores of shares you should thing of the work culture and people who are grinding their asses off to get pennies on the name of salary
