what is the process of Shift allowance . Do we need to submit any document for allowance or something employee need to do in portal ?

Yeah can add but.. you wont get allowance for the month not which your ID was not recorded

Actually your manager submits your name. And as per your timesheet entries and your eligibility will be calculated. Then manager submits your eligible days in the next month by 10th. And you receive a NSA mail confirmation. Money credits in upcoming pay.
