Trending @Infosys; Shift allowance delayed

I was in shift from July. I did not get the shift allowance for July and August month but I just received only September month.

What could be the reason .. My manger said it will process this month .. is this scenario happened to anyone

Can anyone tell me I am new to Infosys in a month I work for 3-5 days in second shift whether I am eligible for some allowance what's the criteria and how much Infy will pay for JL4 employees

If ur shift is behind 6am or after 11pm u get 250/day. If you cross 12am in ur shift and night shift eligible (i.e ur added in nsa list by ur manager) u get 400/day. This much I'm aware.
