Is it mandatory to swipe out only after shift timings to get shift allowance? Or we can swipe out before shift end time.

You can swipe before shift end time also but then you will also have to apply onduty for the rest of the shift timings

Yes like if your shift is from 14-23:15 and you have to leave for your cab at 22:45 then you can apply onduty from 22:45 - 23:15

Apply half hour more always, manager does not care about that.
