Trending @Infosys; Sharing my recent experience
Recently I was released from the project due to budget issues after 2.5 year's. Throughout this journey, client was very happy and had no complaints about our delivery. Even he pushed not to change the resources when infy managers tried to replace me.There was not even single escalation and the infy manger was not involved in any of the meetings as well. I single handedly managed the client . Since the beginning ,i got commendable rating as well. Even before me handing over the previous client asset ,I got selected in a new project where they projected me as a 10 year experience guy and the laptop was shipped. I cleared the client interview taking by US clients. Recently I asked for a compensation revision as my salary is below the market standards over a mail to setup a call to discuss . To be honest , I was not expecting any positive reply from them but my only expectation is that they talk to me on a call , explain the situation etc. To my surprise, they have scheduled an appointment (not meeting ) where you will not get any notification, even a mail in your inbox, not reflect in calender or teams. This is very carefully done to have no trace of anyone finding that we had the discussion. Obviously I missed the call and my manager mailed stating that I missed the call and I should concentrate on the new client developing domain and functional knowledge. There is no mention what they have decided on the comp revision.
I immediately replied that there is no invite in my calender and provided screenshot as proof and requested for time slot so that i will schedule the call this time.
This is how the work culture is at infosys. Still I don't understand what they are afraid of to speak with me directly.
Anyhow I decided to put my resignation to move forward.
Sharing this post so that you all will be in similar position sooner or later and you will have some experience when you face it.
People with good work experience please look outside infosys.

literally no one is happy in infy….all are just waiting to get out from this bad market….once market is good infy would be 1st company who will lose employees by attrition rate more than 30% .
all are here waiting for good market conditions

Skill up yourself and don't wait for the market to get stable because it will take around 1 year or more. I have been working in Infosys for the last 2 years and didn't get any hike planning to resign.

in infy we are having more than 11 hrs work, how come one get time to get upskilled

☹️☹️
Best of luck for the future job search
