Trending @Infosys; Shall I join capgemini or not ?

Hi I got offer from capgemini with 36 % hike on my current salary and my current company is retaining me with 15% hike should I join capgemini or not as it's a senior consultant position and it's a bench hiring . I have around 6 plus years of experience. If anyone is aware about the capgemini bench policy please let me know

What's your location, since I too am a lateral from Capgemini. And I really have a bad experience with them. They bias with their own people and keep the other employees sidelined. If you could share that maybe i might be able to help you. Hikes are great but having mental peace is much greater and needs to be prioritised.
