Trending @Infosys; Serving notice period

Reducing notice period is one heck of a task. Its likr asking infy people if they can give their kidney. I have people in my team who tried and they were almost on their knees to get it to reduced to 60 days. Only one person got out in 30 days because he got govt job. I will say my manager is a good man but still because of this loop of hr and management thing, Reducing notice period is very, very tough

Infosys takes pride in forcing 90 days notice period and a key tool they have to discourage employees from switching companies. Very harf to reduce it.
