Think logically. You have resigned and leaving company in couple months, what is the use for company to provide benefits who are leaving the company 🤔

logically if emp is serving notice period and working for 3 months of entire notice period companies should pay the variable pay because it is the part of CTC right?. Anyway let see how it goes..!!😂

U will be getting ur variable pay and pending arears and leaves amonut everything in Full and Final Settlement...which is 45 days after ur last wrking day
