Hi All, I have some queries on separation as below

1. If we raise separation request and later revoke it is there a certain amount of time in which we cannot again resign.
2. If we want to be considered for salary hike on basis of another offer, will the communication start only after raising separation request.
3. Are there any chances of salary hike if we are on bench and have other offer.
