How to become a senior system associate to a system engineer, I heard we have to write a L1 exam or something I am not sure about. Is this the way to become a system engineer or any other way?

Not sure because i have cleared both L1 and L2 certification+ SDET certification and having 2+ years experience in current project but i am still JL2, trying hard to get from JL2 to JL3 but no luck 🥲
