Trending @Infosys; Senior manager asking to come to office everyday

My project has been completed yesterday and I got released and today senior project manager from our unit sent a mail those who are on bench saying you can't do WFH and need to come office everyday but still we have WFH balance, what should I do

For bench folks, 5 days WFO is mandatory. You have to follow your unit guidelines

They have changed hours to days in infyme.only 10 days you can apply wfh.Additional wfh requires manager's approval

For my unit this norm was there from Dec 2023. It's strange that for other units they are implementing this thing now.

It depends upon unit and nature of work. We are part of presales team and till it was upto JL6.Now it became mandate for JL5 and below
