A friend of mine recently received an offer from Infosys for a Senior Consultant(5A) role with a ₹19 lakh package. He has 9 years of experience.

Is this a good salary for this role?

As per standard 9 years of experience and salary double offer it’s okay, but fyi.. to him try some other options. He has to understand he will remain be at same package for next 3 Years..infy is good not good in terms of salary and these days dirty politics also in planted.
