Hi all , recently in April 2025 I got promoted to senior associate consultant and now total experience is around 4.3 years. When i can get promoted to consultant ?

If you are having outstanding in appraisal, manager could recommend in one year. If not, you need to be minimum two years as senior associate consultant to promote to consultant

Yes i am expecting outstanding rating this year as well , I had got outstanding in last year
