Trending @Infosys; Seat Booking Issue
Hi All, I'm facing a seat booking issue in Gurgaon/Noida DC since past 2 days.
I used to do a time based slot booking at 8 pm for the available seats (like showing 37 available, etc.) However, from the past few days, seats are showing "0" even if the window is not open. My other colleagues are able to see the seat numbers, although they will be able to book that at/after 8 p.m. Only I am not able to see the seats. Also, for the past 2 days, I have been on the bench. Could this be the reason? Please guide.
On bench it doesn't allow to book seat if this is not your base location, i faced similar issues while I was on bench for a month but at that time seat booking wasn't madat so I managed to go to office without issue
Oh okay, thank you for letting me know. But, I am able to book a seat in other DCs as well. Only Gurgaon, Noida and Kolkata are not available (time based slots).
