Trending @Infosys; Seat booking in second slot

Anyone try to book seat in 2nd slot specially for mumbai airoli STP, I did not get a single chance to successfully book seat before 7 pm I checked all seat are showing 0. I don’t no what’s going on there, can anyone help me what time I need to check so I more chance to book seat.
