Hi Everyone 👋 ,

I just want to clear whether there is any increase in salary when one progressed from SE to SSE.(Hoping answers from people recently progressed in last 2-3 months). If Yes how 🤔 many Millions do they add to your current in-hand.😂

Looking for one more reason to curse this Org. If they are doing soft promotion.😡😡😡😡

True that its just a progression. But if you have joined as a fresher (Systems Engineer Trainee) then you get a hike.. around 8-10% depending on your last rating

you mean dry promotion? Don't worry you'll get 5 million rupees, i mean 5k iIncrement are being SSE

SSE people get ECR after 2.3 yrs. In hand 28-30k
