Trending @Infosys; Scrum master acting as project manager
Please advise i was hired as scrum master and lately i have been working as a project manager for 3 projects Its taking a toll on me as every client wants his work to be prioritised and we cant tell them either that we are working on different projects. I was okay to learn until it was one project but now its overloading My performance is good hence this is happening I am not good at time management but one learns when responsibilities increase. I am struggling to manage work life balance. How to politely tell this to my management?
Then this a infosys problem if 3 clients are doffernt. You have to tell your boss if this continues one of the projects will crash
You are right i discussed with them in one on one call- they were like if there will be an escalation we will come to know! Don’t schedule one on one without a reason as they are busy!! ;(
