I have been working in Infosys since 2018 and now I am a Technology Analyst now. My salary is very low when compared to other companies. Can we check with Manager on salary revision and ask them to increase the salary?

Discuss this with your Manager and request to raise this concern with Delivery Manager. Also write mail to Delivery to revise compensation, try to mention your recent achievements if any ( client appreciation, awards..). Usually compensation revision happens in Nov/Dec. so this this right time to discuss with mangers …
