I came to know from one HR that Infy is considering JL4+ salary revisions considering lag of 3 yrs and gap generated due to JL2/3 higher packages in near time, confirm is this true ?

Infosys is definitely considering salary revisions for JL4 and above. the gap due to higher packages for JL2/3 is real. expect changes soon. no doubt about it.

No haven't heard about it. These are only rumors, makes you to stay for another year. We haven't received performance rating in the promised date. So never trust these rumours and consider staying here.

For those who are asking/saying it’s not via officials, FYI- yesterday in town hall, HR stated exactly same as this post says. So yes let’s be positive, keep nil expectations although!
