Salary revisions after promotions can take a few months. Keep an eye on your payslip and maybe nudge your manager if it takes too long.

You will get only one hike. Either promotion hike or annual hike. Annual hike (which comes once every 4-5 years) is not guaranteed

I think they will pay the lump sum at the consequtive months ... What you can do is Raise an AHD for this.
