If u r staying from long time than u get TL it will be 8-10 lpa only but if u r coming as TL than its depends on ur previous ctc

I was a lead at infy, salary of a lead depends on various factors, if your last salary was 10 lpa then you will easily get 15+ here at infy. Additionally your performance bonus of 53k per quarter, ie 2.12 lpa

my TL who is working from 5-7 years in infosys is paid 10.5LPA

It's totally depends on your previous CTC..no standard range
