Trending @Infosys; Salary perk percentage

Hi, im in JL5, today I had a discussion with my manager about salary normalization. Our project recently won an award and was highlighted in our program, especially after my recent demo with the client. Because of this, she is trying to retain me at Infosys and has offered an onsite opportunity. Additionally, she mentioned providing a perk related to my salary adjustment. What percentage increase should I reasonably expect for this perk?
