Completing 4YOE years of experience but having only 4.85 L salary for TA. Is it okay here in Infosys? Can anyone tell how can we ask for a raise?

I have 4 yoe in infosys , started as fresher, package is 3.8 and role is still system engineer, atleast you got respect with the role TA, see about my condition, only reason they have is I was in pip last year

its normal, no matter how hard you work,
if you have an onsite goal then stay, and push hard, Otherwise, take the next hike and leave pushing hard for a hike won't work much
