Trending @Infosys; Salary is justified? Yes or No

Hi, I was hired in Infosys as JL4 and I am still on same job level. I'm having more than 7 years of experience in Manual testing, experience in Soap UI and knowledge in Automation. My package is still under 10 LPA. I know i am underpaid. I want to know if i can switch my job in Manual and API testing, can i expect something above 20 LPA?

I don’t want to sound harsh. 20L may be a bit too much , I can understand if you are an automation tester with full scripting skills. To be fair, if you get 20L, you should definitely quit and join.

10 lpa is less . I have 4 year ex and around same package and still its low as per my role.
Give sometime on your skill and switch .

This is due to my comfort zone and my maternity is about to end, so was confused shall i study and switch the company. Also for Automation role, they require hand on experience, then only i can crack interview

manual testing jobs are the least demanding skills, Max you can expect is 15LPA

Yes, you can expect above 20 LPA if you switch. Your current salary is a joke for your experience. Time to move on.
