Trending @Infosys; Salary increment.
Hi guys,
I work in a support project but do devlopment+support work in it. There is no guidance still I am doing good.
My client just provides me what needs to be done and I myself have to build a story, which when presented again gets illogical changes.
In short I am working beyond what is expected from me, and delivering the results too.
Is it possible to demand for Salary hike than the normal one that we get for everyone. To whom should I approach for the same?
Can any manager or senior person here advice me please?
Note: I have 3YOE and my salary is 4.09 lol!
You need to get a hike, not because of the work you do which is expected, but because you are underpaid
Just leave the company. you guys dont deserve this, there sare some companies out there. dont expecte hike or promotion in infy.
Forget about hikes... seems to be no budget for anything... Just scale up and switch bro... Even if you ask you will be disappointed ☹️
Here also same 4.2 with three of experience and I got an offer in TCS with 40% increment in Mumbai location which is not good checked with my manager he is saying go to Mumbai I will give you salary + 25k allowance… But I don’t want to go to Mumbai
