Trending @Infosys; Salary increment
Can anyone tell me when this company increases the salary? It has been more than 2 years now but no increment.
Bhaiya no revenue growth this year!! Margins also declined . Next year guidance also 1-3% on revenue . Bhool jao hike ke baarein main!! Naukri Salamat rahein to khushi manana!!! The profit margins are eaten up infy top brass. Rest of us get peanuts and no hike because profit margins are not increasing.

The salary hike process is horrible in Infy. Prior coming here I had heard that it’s bad. Now getting to experience it.
You also don't get any increment after DoJ?
Infy has always given hike in June /July effective April 1st. Only 3 exceptions I know of is 2009 crisis, COVID 1st year and last year. These the hike was announced very late in the years. Last year was most unusual where they didn’t give any hike lateral which different criteria for each job role. The logic being they recruited folks at a very big hike during COVID.
No hike for this year also..
