Trending @Infosys; Salary increment during promotion from JL4 to JL5

Does anyone know what percentage hike to expect while being promoted from senior associate consultant(4A) to consultant(5B). Is the hike percentage determined on the basis of review from manager? Also what percent of the hike will now contribute to the variable and how much would be added to fixed pay.

Is your promotion due , it’s been 1.5 years now they are progressing me to senior associate consultant

I reached the required role maturity in april, not sure when or if the promotion will happen anytime soon. Heard its based on managers recommendation. Will have to check with my manager
